My job is to make sure the patient has the best possible experience. Whether it's answering calls, greeting patients, or discussing treatment plans and financial options, I strive to do it with professionalism and compassion. I also support the doctors and the rest of the team with whatever they need.
I graduated with a B.S. in Biology and have worked for many years in academic research and pharmaceutical industries. I really enjoyed working in various laboratory settings and managing teams of researchers and their projects. But my career path changed when my wife and I moved from Oregon to Texas.
My favorite part of my job is knowing I can play a role in immediately impacting someone's life in a positive manner. Whether it's helping a patient get relief from a toothache, or assisting a team member get through their busy day as an extra set of hands. I find joy in helping others have a better day.
I've been married to my beautiful bride for 12 years, and we have the most precious bundle of joy in our 7-month-old daughter. We do our best to maintain our active lifestyle, but sometimes catching a nap sounds more enjoyable these days!
